Happy Valentine's Day! Here's my Red Velvet cake I made. It was delicious! I didn't have a heart shaped pan so cut the 2 9 inch round pans my self. Not a bad heart shape I must say! Raspberry filling was in the middle.
And then what do I do with the leftover icing? I made cupcakes!
My little man Trevor sure thought these were tasty! He gobbled 2 up right away.
