Christmas is just around the corner and I've been busy making some holiday cookies! Here's what I've been up to lately.
These cookies are Cherry Cordial Roll-Out cookies from SugarBelle. A nice chocolate flavor with a hint of cherry. Yum!
Here's another outside of the box idea - using an upside down ice cream cone cookie cutter, I made these cute little elves. I found the idea on this blog. Nancy's Sugar Cookies made these cute little snowmen. They just say "winter" and "fun" to me! Christmas candy anyone? Just like presents under the tree. Assemble your own Snowman! How cute when The Decorated Cookie put this up on her blog here. We are going to do a snowman craft on Christmas so I'll pull this out to eat then too! All these are individual snowman pieces that I made separately. I liked how it turned out except for the snowman's eyes. Eeek! Not the right size at all. Oh well. Here are all the moving parts! When I saw these personalized trees at Glorious Treats , I knew I had to make them for a few special people in my life! Always looking for some different things to make, I saw these cute little snowmen on Facebook by A+ Kake Sweets. Using a snowflake cookie cutter, you know have 6 little snowmen! I'm on my last set of Christmas cookies this week. Then it's on to decorating my New Year's Eve cookies!
Happy Baking.
