Pat and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary this weekend! We weren't going to exchange gifts because we are going on a cruise in January...but I got a huge surprise....a new Kitchen Aide Mix Master - the Professional 600 series. Industrial strength! It can hold 14 cups of flour!!
I had been looking at it for awhile, but my mix master still works. It is just a 300 series. The only thing is that the paint has been chipping off one of the blades recently.
Okay, not so great if that happens in the food, right?
When I mentioned that to Pat he decided to run out that night and get it for me. He said it was going to be a Christmas gift but didn't want me to buy another blade for the old one.
What a nice surprise!!
A beauty, right?
